Role Summary:

As a Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) for Hyundai Motor Europe, you will monitor and analyze the daily supply chain operations for the business across the region.

We want you to:

• Collaborate with Hyundai Motor Group entities across the region to ensure supply chain capacity and consistency.
• Work closely with our Manufacturing facilities and markets to coordinate efficiencies and to ensure optimal vehicle distribution and stock management across Europe.
• Evaluate and analyze logistics performance across affiliates, providing strategic recommendations and guiding markets in process improvement plans.
• Drive consistent execution of Hyundai Motor Europe's logistics strategies across the European market, and managing external stakeholder partnerships in close alignment.
• Collect and report operational issues and develop resolution plans to mitigate risks.
• Work within the Business Planning matrix to aid in leading the overall regional logistics and operational strategic plan.
• Manage logistics contracts and develop best practices to improve regional efficiency.

About you:

• Qualified Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Equivalent
• 5+ years of post-graduate work experience, with 3+ years within a Logistics capacity
• Understanding of the Automotive Supply Chain structure and end-to-end vehicle distribution
• Pan-European Project Management experience
• Contract negotiation experience within logistics environment
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
